Ruth says her skills and expertise are “All things people and HR”! Ruth’s focus is to automate relevant HR processes in order to make time for more strategic initiatives. Ruth plans to earn her SHRM-SCP and go back to school to earn her master’s degree. A graduate of Indiana University South Bend, with a Bachelors in Human Resource Management, Ruth continues to live in South Bend. Her most recent achievement is introducing her new daughter, Gianna, to the world! One of Ruth’s life-goals is to visit every continent in her lifetime.
