Brad started his IT career in PC repair progressing to servers then networking and PBX technologies. He joined NSI in 2000 focusing on Voice over IP and Collaboration technologies early on. Brad obtained his CCIE-Collaboration certification in 2014 and served as NSI's Collaboration Practice Manager for Collaboration, DevOps, and Managed Services. In 2023 Brad became NSI's Director of Engineering managing Implementation, Project Management, CX, Renewals, and Pre-Sales Teams.
