In June 2012, Ryder embarked on his professional journey as a Network Engineer at Network Solutions. He initially focused on mapping networks and progressed to earn his CCNP in routing and switching. By June 2015, Jeremy had advanced to the role of Infrastructure Team Lead, overseeing the development and management of network infrastructures across various industries. In January 2018, he took on the role of Solutions Architect, where he interacted with IT leaders from diverse organizations to design and implement IT solutions. Most recently, in November 2023, Ryder stepped into the role of Director of CX and Design, leading in the realms of customer experience and design strategies, demonstrating his commitment to technological innovation and leadership.
