In the small town of Granger, Indiana, 1989 marked the beginning of what would soon become a significant chapter in the world of business technology solutions. Larry Tadevich, along with his wife Sandy and their recent college graduate son, Bill, founded Network Solutions, Inc. (NSI) from their family home. Driven by a vision of providing top-tier technology solutions while honoring God with his work, Larry's small venture was set for greatness.

The early days were filled with the typical ups and downs of any startup, but the Tadevich family's dedication quickly turned these challenges into stepping stones. By 1999, NSI had grown impressively from a three-person team to a robust crew of 15 dedicated professionals, signaling a decade of remarkable growth and success.

Throughout the 1990s, Larry and Sandy’s children became integral parts of the business. Son-in-law Scott, and son Bob joined in 1995, and Steve in 1999.

1996 was a pivotal year for NSI as it became a specialized Cisco partner, further establishing its reputation as Indiana’s premier Cisco-focused business technology solution provider. This partnership underscored NSI’s commitment to excellence and innovation in enterprise networking, network security, collaboration solutions, and data center management.

As the new millennium rolled in, NSI expanded its presence beyond Granger, reaching into the major Midwestern hubs of Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, and Chicago. This expansion included both growth in headcount and geography and a broadening of NSI’s expertise and influence in the technology sector. Sisters Joyce and Julie also joined NSI in the 2000s contributing to NSI's operational success.

In 2016, a significant leadership transition occurred when Larry passed the torch of NSI’s presidency to his son Bob. Larry's legacy was a company well-poised for future successes, a legacy that continued even after his passing in early 2021. Larry’s vision and values remain the cornerstone of NSI, guiding the company as it continues to grow and innovate.
